5 Training Programs for Weight Gain

One of the most crucial stages to bulking up is to work out regularly. However, much like losing weight, gaining weight should be part of a comprehensive plan.
This section will go over several training programs for gaining weight with minimum Workout Accessories that you can start performing right away.

The 5 X 5 Plan
This plan is designed to include three primary exercises that target the first and most muscle groups in the body (both lower and upper body within the same session) and five sets of five repetitions.

Volume Coaching
Volume training is a more potent volume muscle-building regimen. This one is the same as the other five programs, but it has a broader range of options. However, it differs in this regard. It takes a lot more rep ranges to get to 10 repetitions for each set.

The FST-7 program
This training program does not explicitly lay out all of the workouts you want to
accomplish in a single period but instead gives you helpful hints on what you should be doing on the final exercise for every part worked that session.

Coaching on the Upper/Lower Split
Associate in Nursing upper/lower body split is the fourth kind of attempt to admit. This set-up is often performed on a two-on, happening basis, allowing you to target each muscle group twice each week.

Full-Body Workouts
Full-body workouts provide one-on-one instruction for each muscle group —
quadriceps, hamstrings, chest, back, and shoulders. In addition to those lifts, you can perform a few solitary workouts if you want to target the smaller muscles individually.
