By accessing or using bodyreapers.com, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this website.

These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the site.

Products and Pricing

All prices on bodyreapers.com are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify product pricing at any time. The price you are charged is the price displayed at the time your order is placed and confirmed.

All sales are considered final unless they qualify under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Descriptions, images, and product specifications are provided in good faith and are as accurate as reasonably possible. Minor variations in colour or appearance between product images and the physical product may occur.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Placing an order on bodyreapers.com constitutes an offer to purchase - it does not constitute a confirmed sale. We reserve the right to accept or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to situations involving pricing errors, product unavailability, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions.

If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy after delivery.

Payment Terms

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Payment is charged at the time of order placement. We do not offer payment plans or buy-now-pay-later options at this time.

By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the billing information you supply is accurate.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines, carriers, and free shipping thresholds are detailed in our Shipping Policy, available at bodyreapers.com/pages/shipping-policy. Body Reapers is not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing times, or packages lost or damaged after handoff to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Product Use - Important Safety Information

Body Reapers sells load-bearing gym accessories and physical activity equipment, including weightlifting belts, lifting straps, knee sleeves, wrist wraps, resistance bands, and related products. Before purchasing and using our products, please read the following carefully.

For adults only. Our products are designed for use by adults during structured physical exercise. They are not suitable for use by children.

Consult a healthcare provider. If you have a pre-existing injury, medical condition, or have recently had surgery, consult a qualified healthcare provider before using any load-bearing equipment. This includes but is not limited to: back injuries, herniated discs, joint replacements, cardiovascular conditions, and post-surgical recovery periods.

No medical advice. The founder of Body Reapers is an orthopedic Physician Associate. However, Body Reapers is a retail brand - not a medical practice. Nothing on this website, in product descriptions, in marketing materials, or in any communications from Body Reapers constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not rely on any Body Reapers content as a substitute for professional medical advice.

Use products as intended. Load-bearing equipment has physical limits. Improper use of weightlifting belts, lifting straps, and other support accessories - including use with loads exceeding their rated capacity, use for unintended purposes, or use by untrained individuals without adequate supervision - may cause serious injury. You are responsible for using our products correctly and within their intended design parameters. If you are unsure how to use a product, contact us before use.

Intellectual Property

All content on bodyreapers.com - including but not limited to brand name, logo, product images, product descriptions, blog content, graphic designs, and marketing materials - is the property of Body Reapers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, publish, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this site without our prior written permission. Unauthorised use of Body Reapers intellectual property may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Body Reapers, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services - including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, personal injury, or property damage.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase or use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Body Reapers and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses - including reasonable legal fees - arising from your violation of these Terms of Service, your misuse of our products, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our site shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the State of New York.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
