Why this attachment

Four reasons lifters keep a spare lever handy

One job, done well: a firm, repeatable lever close on the belt you train in.

Fits standard lever belts

Sized for both 10mm and 13mm levers, it drops into most lever belts on the market, whatever brand yours happens to be.

Screws in the box

The two mounting screws you need arrive with the lever. No trip to the hardware store before your next session.

Holds under a heavy bar

Built to carry the full tension of a max squat or pull without slipping, rattling, or working loose.

Repair, not replace

When a lever wears out, swap that single part in a matte black finish rather than paying for a brand-new belt.

Ask the clinician

How Do You Replace a Broken Lever on a Powerlifting Belt?

A lever belt attachment is the metal lever buckle and its two screws, sold on their own to replace a lever that has cracked, bent, or worked loose on a 10mm or 13mm belt.

Three things decide whether a replacement lever holds:

  1. It matches the belt thickness. A lever sized for 10mm and 13mm belts seats flush against the belt end rather than sitting proud or loose. This one covers both, plus most standard lever belts from other makers.
  2. Both screws pin it down. The included screws pass through the belt’s existing holes and hold the lever fast. Tight screws are what stop the buckle shifting or rattling mid-set.
  3. The hardware takes the load. A lever carries the entire tension of a locked-in belt at the top of a heavy pull, so durable metal and solid screws are what separate a quick fix from a retired belt.

A lever belt only works when the buckle returns to the same firm tension every rep. A worn lever is usually the first part to give, and it is also the cheapest to put right. Still weighing buckle styles? Our guide to lever belts versus prong belts walks through the trade-offs.

The mechanism, plainly

How a replacement lever restores a secure close

No magic. One part doing one job.

A new lever does not make a belt tighter or stronger. It brings back the fastening the belt lost. The lever and its two screws clamp the belt to a fixed setting, and dropping a fresh one in returns the same firm close the original gave when it was new.

Your current 10mm or 13mm lever belt.

2

Lever

The metal lever seats against the belt end.

3

Two screws

They fasten the lever through the belt.

4

Fixed setting

The lever locks to one repeatable tension.

5

Firm close

The buckle stays put through the set.

The Lever Belt Attachment is replacement hardware for lever belts, not a medical device, back brace, or standalone belt. Any support comes from the belt it fastens, never from the lever on its own. If you have a diagnosed back or joint condition, speak with your provider before heavy loaded training.

Does This Lever Fit Your Belt?

This attachment suits lever-style powerlifting belts, the kind that close with a metal lever rather than a prong. It fits standard 10mm and 13mm lever belts across most brands, our own 10mm Lever Belt among them. If your lever has cracked, bent, or gone loose, or you simply want a spare before meet day, this is the part that puts the belt back in play. It will not fit prong or Velcro belts, which close a different way.

Why I build every piece the way I do.

After an accident left me with a severely injured spine, I spent years rebuilding my body, and more than a decade in orthopedic surgery studying the biomechanics of how the body carries load, and what makes it break down.

That understanding goes into everything I build at Body Reapers. I know what it takes to keep training hard without your body paying for it, so every piece is crafted with a decade of orthopedic knowledge and built to work the way it should: durable, reliable, and comfortable, set after set.

Better and cheaper, here's why

Two reasons this lever costs less and lasts longer.

One attachment, two things most sellers can't pair: it fits belts across brands, and it comes off our own factory floor.

Fits belts, not just ours

This lever is sized to standard 10mm and 13mm belts and drops into most lever belts on the market, whatever brand you own. One part covers the belts lifters actually train with.

Made in our own facility

We manufacture in-house rather than outsourcing, which controls material quality and cuts the middleman markup. It is why this lever runs $14.00 instead of a middleman-marked-up price, and why it holds up set after set.

Most brands outsource to third-party suppliers and mark up cheaper hardware. We don't.

Questions, answered

Everything you're wondering

Standard 10mm and 13mm lever belts, and most lever belts from other brands. If yours closes with a metal lever at a standard size, this attachment should match it.
Yes. It is a broadly compatible replacement for standard lever belts, whatever the label. It also pairs naturally with our own 10mm Lever Belt.
Both mounting screws come in the box, ready to fit the lever to your belt.
Fasten it through your belt's existing lever holes with the two screws, then retighten them now and then. The lever clamps to a fixed setting and holds its close.
Yes. The lever and screws are made for the loads of heavy squats and pulls, which is exactly what our reviewers put it through. Our lever versus prong guide explains how the buckle carries that tension.
Swap it once it feels loose, looks bent or cracked, or no longer snaps to a firm close. A failing lever is the first thing to undo a secure belt.
No, and that is the point. A new lever costs a fraction of a belt and keeps you on the one you know. Prefer a second belt anyway? Browse the weight lifting belts collection.
