Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training restricts venous blood flow to a muscle during exercise. Incorrect use can cause serious injury.

  • Do NOT use if you have: cardiovascular disease, deep vein thrombosis (DVT), blood clotting disorders, peripheral vascular disease, varicose veins, hypertension, open wounds or skin infections, or if you are pregnant.
  • Do NOT over-tighten. Excessive pressure can cause nerve damage, tissue damage, or rhabdomyolysis.
  • Stop immediately if you experience severe numbness, sharp pain, unusual tingling, or skin discolouration. Remove bands and allow circulation to restore.
