Our Commitment

Body Reapers stands behind the quality of every product we sell. Our founder is an orthopedic Physician Associate who designed these products for real lifters - including himself. Every item in our catalogue is quality-tested before shipping.

If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will make it right. This policy explains exactly what is covered, for how long, and how to make a claim.

What Is Covered

Our warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects - material or workmanship failures that occur under normal use
• Stitching failure - seams or stitching that come apart under normal lifting use within the warranty period
• Hardware defects - buckles, D-rings, lever mechanisms, and hooks that fail under normal use within the warranty period

What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear - including minor fading, discolouration, surface scuffing, and material stretch that occurs naturally from repeated use over time
• Damage from improper use - including use with loads exceeding the product's rated capacity, use as a restraint device, or use for any purpose other than standard weightlifting and gym training
• Damage from improper care - including machine washing leather products, exposing neoprene to high heat (dryer, direct sunlight for extended periods), or using harsh chemical cleaners on fabric accessories
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect function - surface marks, minor scuffs, or aesthetic changes that do not impair how the product performs
• Accidental damage - tears, cuts, burns, or damage caused by external impact or accident
• Products purchased from unauthorised resellers - warranty applies only to products purchased directly from bodyreapers.com

Warranty period begins on the date of purchase, as confirmed by your order confirmation email.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

1. Email us at info@bodyreapers.com with the subject line "Warranty Claim - Order #[your order number]."

2. Include the following in your email:

- Your order number

- The product name and the defect you have identified

- Clear photos showing the defect (close-up photos work best)

3. We will respond within 2 business days to review your claim and advise next steps.

Do not discard or destroy the product before your claim is reviewed - we may ask you to return it.

Resolution

At our discretion, we will resolve approved warranty claims by either:

• Shipping a replacement item at no charge to you, or
• Issuing a store credit for the original purchase price of the item

We do not issue cash refunds for warranty claims made after the standard 30-day return window. If your claim falls within 30 days of delivery and the item is defective, you may also be eligible for a full refund under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Abuse of Warranty Program

Body Reapers reserves the right to decline warranty claims that show clear evidence of misuse, intentional damage, modifications to the product, or excessive or fraudulent claiming patterns. We review all claims fairly - this protection exists to maintain the programme for customers who need it.

A Note on Safety

Load-bearing accessories have physical limits. Weightlifting belts, lifting straps, and related equipment are designed for use within specific load ranges during standard gym training.

Do not use belts, straps, or hooks with loads that exceed their rated capacity. Do not modify or alter any product. If you are unsure whether a product is appropriate for your training load or physical condition, contact us before use - we are happy to help.

Body Reapers products are designed to support your training. Used correctly, they are built to last. Used outside their design parameters, no warranty or guarantee can protect against injury or product failure.
