Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order label has been generated.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS and UPS. The carrier is selected at the time of label generation based on package size, weight, and destination. For PO Box addresses, we automatically select USPS - UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Free standard shipping is automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout. No code required.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the following countries. Additional destinations are planned for future phases.

Canada

  • Estimated delivery: 7-14 business days
  • Free shipping on orders $75 USD and over
  • Flat-rate shipping available for orders under $75 USD (calculated at checkout)

United Kingdom

  • Estimated delivery: 10-21 business days
  • Free shipping on orders $100 USD and over
  • Flat-rate shipping available for orders under $100 USD (calculated at checkout)

Australia

  • Estimated delivery: 10-21 business days
  • Free shipping on orders $150 USD and over
  • Flat-rate shipping available for orders under $150 USD (calculated at checkout)

Customs, duties, and import taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Body Reapers does not collect or estimate these fees in advance.

If an international package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website or through our order tracking page at bodyreapers.com/pages/order-tracking (powered by Parcel Panel).

Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation email is sent.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package has not arrived by the end of the estimated delivery window, or if it arrives damaged, contact us at info@bodyreapers.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

Please include your order number and, for damaged packages, photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Body Reapers is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Body Reapers is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you realise you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at info@bodyreapers.com - we will do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once a label is generated.

PO Boxes

We ship to US PO Boxes via USPS. If your shipping address is a PO Box, we will automatically select USPS as your carrier. Please note that UPS is unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
