Returns & Refunds Policy

Body Reapers stands behind the quality of our products. If something is not right, we want to make it right. This policy is designed to be clear, fair, and straightforward - because serious lifters deserve to know exactly where they stand before they buy.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted, except in the case of warranty claims (see our Warranty & Product Guarantee Policy).

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags still attached
  • Free from odours, chalk, sweat, or signs of use

Items that show signs of use will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Non-Returnable Items - Hygiene Exclusions

For hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned under any circumstances, even if unused:

  • Knee Sleeves (Neoprene Knee Sleeves)
  • Knee Wraps
  • Elbow Compression Sleeves
  • Bicep Compression Sleeve
  • Wrist Wraps
  • Hand Wraps
  • Sweat Waist Trimmer Belt

These are skin-contact soft goods. Once shipped, they cannot be returned or resold for hygiene reasons. This exclusion does not affect your warranty rights - if any of these items are defective, see our Warranty & Product Guarantee Policy.

Additional Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final-sale items (marked clearly at time of purchase)
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at info@bodyreapers.com with the subject line "Return Request - Order #[your order number]."

2. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

3. Attach a clear photo of the item in its current condition.

4. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return address.

Do not ship items back without contacting us first. Unrequested returns will not be processed.

Return Shipping

Customer-paid returns: Unless your item is defective or we shipped the wrong product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service - Body Reapers is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Body Reapers-paid returns: If your item is defective or we made an error in your order, we will provide a prepaid return label. See the section below.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order. This is the fastest way to get the correct product shipped to you.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective item or we shipped you the wrong product, we will make it right at no cost to you.

Contact us at info@bodyreapers.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the defect or error
  • Clear photos showing the issue

We will cover return shipping and, at your choice, either:

  • Ship a replacement item at no additional charge, or
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

Warranty Claims

If your return request falls outside the 30-day window but you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please refer to our Warranty & Product Guarantee Policy. Warranty claims are handled separately from standard returns.
